Hello,
using two screens, sometimes when a window is in screen 2, contextual menu doesn't work, don't show up on Right click or clicking over 'File' 'Edit' 'About'
it occures with Qt and java programs, like ktorrent and jdownloader (archlinux)

Well, that is not a bug in subtle, but of stupid toolkits that expect a reparenting window manager, when no specs say that reparenting is required. See here for more information: http://subforge.org/ezfaq/show/subtle?faq_id=28

Qt is just broken, cannot find the ticket anymore but that is well-known problem.
